We sometimes buy your used audio or video equipment even if you don't buy ours.

To find out what your used audio gear is worth, contact us by email.

Please include brand, model, year, item condition, your name and address. We normally do not buy cables or accept them as trades. We typically respond within 24 hours. We can even email a shipping label to you in some cases to simplify the process.

We also accept used audio equipment in trade towards new equipment. We use current pricing from UsedPrice.com to evaluate your trade.

If you agree to trade your used audio equipment, we can be handle it in one of two ways:

1) Ship your trade to us and we'll email a coupon code to use on our site which will subtract the trade amount from your subtotal when shopping for new equipment.

2) Buy your new equipment like usual, then ship us your trade. The trade amount will be credited back to your account upon receipt.

When shipping equipment, please pack it carefully. We are not responsible for damages to items caused by improperly packaging during shipping to us. The shipping companies normally do not pay claims for improperly packed items.

If you agree to sell your equipment:

Once we receive your equipment, we will evaluate it within three days of receipt and mail a check within ten days of receipt.
