I recently purchased 7 Speakercraft speakers from AVHIFI. I have to say my experience was excellent. I actually ordered the incorrect speakers than what I wanted and Mike took the time to write me an e-mail to verify my order. In this day and age most companies would have went forward and shipped the incorrect order to make the customer deal with the hassle of returns, restock fees, etc. Not only did Mike ensure I was ordering the proper speakers, he gave me a detailed listing of all the speakers available in that family so I could make an informed decision. The knowledge of the people and altruism at AVHIFI is top notch. I would recommend doing business with this company, as I am a life time customer now.

Just wanted to let you know that I received my PS Audio PCA2 preamplifier last week and installed it with my new PS Audio HCA2 amplifier over the weekend. It sounds terrific and was well worth the wait and the bucks. Probably the most notable is the soundstage, the music sounds like it is coming from the whole area rather than just the speakers. Overall the sound is clearer and far more detailed than my previous setup. My Velodyne HG-10 subwoofer sounds sharper as well. I also wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed working with you on this order.

While the wait for the item was long (because of the manufacturer, not your company), you guys did your best to make the experience positive and that goes a long way with me. You stayed connected to this sale from the very beginning all the way to the very end and that is not something I've experienced with other dealers in my area.

The Straightwire Encore II interconnects made a far more apparent difference in clarity than the Audioquest Coral interconnects I tried. Also, having 0.5 meter Encore II's available at $80, while the 1.0 m AQ's went for $125, I was able to get 3 pairs for less than 2 AQ's, which made them sweeter yet! Thanks!
