Return Policies
Our return policy:

The AVHIFI Online Store offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy that covers most products you buy from us. We will process your return within 7 days from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number, PayPal account, Amazon account or Google Checkout account.

To return merchandise:

Contact us (preferably by email) to request a Return Authorization (RA) number or replacement unit.

Be sure to include your name, order number, the name of the piece of equipment, and the reason for your return.

Once an RA number is issued, please follow the instructions below to avoid a restocking fee or refusal of your return.  Items listed as "Special Order" will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Items not returned in new condition and/or missing parts and/or packing materials may be subject to a restocking fee based on the time and/or materials required to return the item to it's original condition.  Customers who choose to return merchandise under our policies are responsible for return shipping costs as well as damage that may occur to items in transit back to our warehouse.

Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND (YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST, IF ANY, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED). Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.

Ship your return or exchange to the address below. It is not necessary to write your RA number excessively on the packaging or product, simply writing it or including it on the shipping label is adequate. The Fine Print:

We will submit a refund to your credit card account within ten business days after receiving your returned product. Your credit card account usually reflects the credit approximately within three business days after your refund.

"Over-sized" merchandise such as televisions or furniture and special-order items are not covered by the 30-day return policy. If you purchase an over-sized item from AVHIFI and it arrives damaged, the manufacturer is responsible for return shipping and sending a replacement.

For hygienic reasons, in-ear and earbud headphones can not be returned.  Defective in-ear or earbud headphones can be submitted for replacement or repair.
