The KanexPro 4x4 matrix is a high–definition switcher with integrated splitter capabilities for conveniently routing high-resolution video, audio and control signals from any four sources to four independent displays over HDMI or CAT5e/ 6 cables. It includes four separate receivers for extending, switching and distributing high-resolution signals up to 1080p to four remote displays. This HDCP and EDID compliant matrix switcher also provides buffering and amplification for the HDMI signals. It can achieve long distance transmission up to 50 feet (15m) using long HDMI cables without signal loss and up to 131 feet (40m) with Cat5e cables. The RS-232 port allows full control with PC or touch panels. Four additional IR remotes are also included with IR blasters to control the receivers at all times. This professional matrix switcher is optimized for a variety of installation environments that require reliable, high performance routing of DVI and HDMI digital signals between multiple sources and displays.
