Return Policies
Our return policy:

The AVHIFI Online Store offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy that covers most products you buy from us. We will process your return within three weeks from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number, PayPal account, or Google Checkout account.

To return merchandise:

Contact us (preferably by email) to request a Return Authorization (RA) number or replacement unit.

Be sure to include your name, order number, the name of the piece of equipment, and the reason for your return.

Once an RA number is issued, please follow the instructions below to avoid a restocking fee or refusal of your return.

Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND (YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST, IF ANY, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED). Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.

Ship your return or exchange to the address below. It is not necessary to write your RA number excessively on the packaging or product, simply writing it or including it on the shipping label is adequate. The Fine Print:

We will submit a refund to your credit card account within ten business days after receiving your returned product. Your credit card account usually reflects the credit approximately within three business days after your refund.

"Over-sized" merchandise such as televisions or furniture are not covered by the 30-day return policy. If you purchase an over-sized item from AVHIFI and it arrives damaged, the manufacturer is responsible return shipping and sending a replacement.
